  • It’s the beginning of January and I think I must have done something that someone liked. Considering the weather lately has been extremely warm, it has put me in the best of moods. Sixty seven degrees Fahrenheit yesterday and seventy two today – I think it’s record setting.
I don’t want to think that this, of course, may not be the best sign. Being this warm at this time of year can’t really be that good. Global warming, and such. But, hopefully, by the time that our entire ozone layer is eaten away and we are exposed to the Sun’s harmful radiation, I will be long gone. Dust in the wind.
    That sounds incredibly selfish.
But, I really don’t like the extreme cold. I don’t live in Canada! I shouldn’t have to deal with temperatures in the teens. It’s not fair.
So, yes. I think I will savor this warm weather and hope for more, against my friends’ wishes for snow. And if I am punished for these thoughts — eh — so be it.
Weather like this makes everything worth it.
If it weren’t for this good weather, though, I don’t think I would feel this way. Love is so boring that it’s beginning to get annoying. It all happens the same. It’s so predictable. And I’m just tired of it.
He had to take it down that road. He just had to. I gave him warning, I had told him many times that I hadn’t any desire. He continued. So, I’m giving up.
    I’m finished.
And no. That is all the details anyone is ever getting. Because really, that is all that it comes down to. Just as it always does. Hence my point. Love = predictable. And predictable = boring. And, because of that rule I learned in geometry which I have since forgotten the name of, love = boring.
This would probably make me angry or otherwise, unhappy, but the weather has kept my spirits up. Hopefully, even when it gets colder again, I’ll still be alright.
Till then, my humblest apologies. I needed to rant.
